Meiling Macias-Toro - President
Meiling Macias-Toro is an executive producer and talent manager experienced in producing award-winning TV commercials and branded content for Fortune 500 companies. In addition, she serves as President of the 100 Hispanic Women Westchester County Program and passionately serves on other boards that focus on children’s well-being and education. She is a partner and executive producer of Freedom Studios, Inc., a Latina women-owned content creation studio that produces content with a social lens and is ready to shift the paradigm.
Julia Carias-Linares - Vice President
Julia Carias-Linares is currently the 100 Hispanic Women Westchester County Program Vice President. She is a TV, film, digital producer, actress, real estate stager, interior designer, and businesswoman. She is a founding partner and CEO of Freedom Studios Inc, a media company creating thought-provoking, groundbreaking, and entertaining diverse content for the global market that inspires social change. She is also the CEO of JCL Staging and Design, LLC, a brand working with top producing brokers in the luxury residential real estate market in the New York tri-state area.
Marisol Mancebo - Treasurer
Marisol Mancebo works as the Executive Director for The Police Athletic League of Yonkers. She is passionate about serving others with her extensive experience in Non-for- Profit management and community engagement.
Amelia LaGuerre - Secretary
Amelia LaGuerre works for the Westchester County Board of Elections as an Election Programmer and ESRI GIS-certified specialist. Her involvement in State and County Government has spanned over 20 years. As well as serving as secretary of the 100 Hispanic Women Westchester County Program, she also passionately serves as a founding member of the Foundation in Support of Educational Excellence, where she advocates for educational choice.
Yolanda Cruz Martinez, LCSW-R - Board Member
A New York State Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Yolanda Cruz Martinez holds a Master’s degree from Columbia University. Yolanda has over 30 years of experience in behavioral and medical health, clinical supervision, management, and administration. While employed with Westchester County, Yolanda was the first female and Latina to hold the Community Mental Health Clinics Director. Motivated by her family, life experiences, and mentors, Yolanda is a community advocate and leader dedicated to the well-being and equal justice of the community and people she serves.
Nicole Toro - Board Member
Nicole Toro currently works for the Mayor’s Office of Constituent Services for the City of Yonkers. In addition to serving on the Board of 100 Hispanic Women, she also serves on the Women’s Advisory Board for Westchester County, 16th District. She currently owns her own Marketing Consulting Firm, 426 Marketing. And is an adjunct marketing professor at the College of Mount Saint Vincent in the Bronx.
