Carmen Gomez Goldberg
President
Carmen Gomez Goldberg is a passionate community leader. She serves as the Director of Government, Parental and External Relations for The Charter School of Educational Excellence in the City of Yonkers, N.Y. Carmen strongly believes Education is the greatest Equalizer. Her vibrant energy helps forge great relationships with parents and the community members she proudly serves. She stands by parents, teachers, families and community members working together to encourage and support them; a guiding principle, as we think about the organization of schools, and how children should be taught. The meaningful involvement of parents and support from the community are essential. As President of 100 Hispanic Women of Westchester, Carmen hopes to empower and inspire young Latinas as a mentee to pursue excellence in leadership and education by remaining engaged with other influential Latina women and serving the Latino community.

Margarita Pineiro
2nd Vice President
Margarita Pineiro is the Director of the YMCA of Central & Northern Westchester Early Learning Programs. She earned her Master’s Degree in Child Development from Touro College. She has served in many types of learning environments and that experience serves our Y well today. Margarita has been with the YMCA Early Learning Center for 6 years and is happy to call it home. Margarita fully believes in the importance of providing high- quality childcare. The YMCA ELC’s creates a loving, educational environment for children where they can grow and learn. Our infant-toddler programs provide the right balance of nurturing and developmentally appropriate to help our littlest ones grow and get ready for Preschool. Our Preschool and Pre-K programs provide an educational curriculum to help foster a love of learning and get them ready to head off to kindergarten. She proudly oversees the Y programs in White Plains, North Salem, Somers, Elmsford, Valhalla, Pleasantville, and Yorktown. Her strength is the relationships she builds with the parents and families of our children. She considers herself a partner in their development and works with families to get the best services their child needs to thrive. Margarita never closed her childcare centers during the pandemic. Children had a safe and secure environment so their families could go and do the work on the front lines. We are the Y are proud of her efforts and leadership in our community. Margarita has also partnered with the American Heart Association as1 of 12 women who was chosen to be a part of their Go red for Women class of 2023 and has been dedicated to bringing awareness to heart disease. Margarita continues to be a leader and advocate for her community striving to be thechange she would like to see in the world.

Millie Hernández-Becker

Millie Hernández-Becker is a licensed real estate broker specializing in airport development and hangar leasing. She is recognized leader in the private aviation industry with over 30 years of documented success. Hernández-Becker is widely known for her knowledge, experience, and commitment to excellence. She has leveraged her stellar skills and reputation in Business Aviation to secure and build long-lasting mutually beneficial relationships with, Airport Authorities, FBO’s, Charter & Management companies, and Private Equity groups.
Aleida M. Frederico

Aleida Frederico is a champion of economic empowerment, education, and healthy communities, dedicated to the development of emerging leaders, entrepreneurs, and professionals from all walks of life. A founding member of Westchester’s 100 Hispanic Women, Ale' serves on the Mid-Hudson Regional Economic Development Council and the Westchester County Industrial Development Agency. She has a stellar history of business, community and board service including White Plains Hospital, Westchester Community College, the Westchester County Association, and the United Way of Westchester and Putnam.
