The 100 Hispanic Women Scholarships offer a comprehensive experience tailored to support not just the financial requirements of aspiring Latina college students but also to guide them through the intricate journey of higher education. Beyond providing college scholarships, 100HW Scholars receive financial sponsorship for year-round events. In addition to substantial financial support, scholars gain access to career guidance, internships, leadership training, and practical life skills—an all-encompassing approach to empowering their educational pursuits.

Shirley Rodriguez Remeneski Public Policy & Admin Program (SRR)

SRR Scholarship 2024

Named after our founder, Shirley Rodriguez Remeneski, The Shirley Rodriguez Remeneski Public Policy & Administration Scholarship (SRR Scholarship) was created to enrich the college experience of community-minded Latina students who demonstrate leadership skills, academic excellence, and financial need. The SRR Scholarship provides eligible candidates an annual $1,000 award for two (2) years enrolled in 2-year Associate Degree in Public Policy & Administration, Health Care Administration, or public service-related field.

 

Eligibility Criteria for Shirley Rodriguez Remeneski Public Policy & Administration Scholarship (SRR Scholarship)

The 100 Hispanic Women National, Inc. Shirley Rodriguez Remeneski Public Policy & Administration Scholarship (SRR) was created to enrich the college experience of community minded Latina students who demonstrate leadership skills, and academic excellence. The SRR Scholarship provides eligible candidates in a community college Associates degree-seeking program with an annual award of $1,000. Eligibility is as follows:

 

  • Latina student currently enrolled in an accredited community college as a full-time, degree-seeking student
  • DACA Recipient, United States Citizen or United States Permanent Resident
  • Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher throughout the program
  • Official transcripts submitted two (2) times each year (Fall & Spring semesters)
  • Participation in two annual workshops sponsored by 100 Hispanic Women, Inc.

Young Latinas Leadership Institute (YLLI)

YLLI Scholarship 2024

The 100 Hispanic Women National, Inc. Young Latinas Leadership Institute (YLLI) Scholarship was created to prepare young Latinas to succeed academically and professionally, make social change, and meet the challenges of leading in the 21st Century. YLLI provides eligible candidates in 4-year degree-seeking programs with an annual tuition scholarship award of $1,000 in each undergraduate year. Scholarships are competitive, and we encourage you to apply.

 

Eligibility Criteria for Young Latinas Leadership Institute (YLLI )

Young Latinas Leadership Institute (YLLI) Scholarship was created to prepare young Latinas to succeed academically and professionally, create social change, and meet the challenges of leading in the 21st Century. YLLI provides eligible candidates in 4-year degree-seeking programs with an annual tuition scholarship award of $1,000 in each undergraduate year. Eligibility is as follows:

 

  • Latina student currently enrolled in an accredited four (4) year college or university as a full-time, degree-seeking student
  • DACA Recipient, United States Citizen or United States Permanent Resident
  • Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher throughout the four (4) year undergraduate program
  • Official transcripts submitted two (2) times each year (Fall & Spring semesters)
  • Participate in two annual workshops sponsored by 100 Hispanic Women, Inc.

100HW Graduate Fellowship Program (100HWGFP) 

100HWGF Scholarship 2024

The 100 Hispanic Women Graduate Fellowship (100HWGF) was created to provide eligible candidates an annual tuition scholarship award of up to $2,500, paid directly to the college or university, throughout the tenure of their Masters or Doctoral Degree Program. All applicants must have achieved high academic standards in prior undergraduate or graduate studies and demonstrate outstanding character, leadership, and commitment to service.

 

Eligibility Criteria for 100 Hispanic Women Graduate Fellowship (100HWGF)

 

The 100 Hispanic Women Graduate Fellowship (100HWGF) was created to provide eligible candidates an annual tuition scholarship award up to $2,500 throughout the tenure of their Masters or Doctoral Degree Program. All applicants must have achieved high academic standards in prior undergraduate or graduate studies and demonstrate outstanding character, leadership, and commitment to service. Eligibility is as follows:

  • Latina student currently enrolled in an accredited college or university as a full-time, degree-seeking student
  • DACA Recipient, United States Citizen or United States Permanent Resident
  • Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher throughout the graduate program.
  • Official transcripts submitted two (2) times each year (Fall & Spring semesters)
  • Participate in two annual workshops sponsored by 100 Hispanic Women, Inc.
  • Demonstrated leadership qualities, active participation in public/community service, and commitment to the missions of 100 Hispanic Women, and their enrolled college/university
  • Participate in a community service project with their perspective 100 Hispanic Women Program
