Rosemarin Belliard is a Dominican, Latina, New Yorker, and attorney committed to protecting immigrant rights. Belliard has extensive experience advising corporate clients on complex U.S. employment-based nonimmigrant and immigrant matters and worksite compliance. Belliard previously served as a law clerk for Judge Faviola A. Soto, the first Dominican Judge in the State of New York, and Chief Judge Dora L. Irizarry, the first Puerto Rican Federal Judge in the U.S District Court for the Eastern District of New York. She is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, Dominican Bar Association, and the American Foreign Law Association.
